MEt Youth Art show

A Met Sacramento High School Art Exhibit” The exhibit showcases the best work produced in Xico González’s two studio art classes at the Met Sacramento High School. The exhibit features watercolors, ink drawings, collages, and linocut prints. DJ Angel Baby will be spinning rolas and there will be food and beverages.

A monthly open lab where creativity and community come together. Bring your beading or craft projects and enjoy an evening filled with music, food, and connection. Whether you're working on something or just want to hang out, all are welcome!

Breath In Rhythm
2nd & 4th Wednesdays | 6:30pm
A guided community space where men come together to breathe, release, and reconnect. Through intentional breathwork, participants are supported in letting go of stress, processing emotions, and deepening their connection to self and others. Open to all experience levels. Sliding scale donation – no one turned away for lack of funds.

Zines & Seeds

Come hang with us as we celebrate the Sista Bees! This youth centered gathering is all about connection, creativity, and community. We’ll vibe out to sounds by DJ El Indio, create mini zines about the seeds that we’re planting (in the soil and in our lives), and move together in a space made for us.

This isn’t your average market, it’s community care in action. Bring a bag, basket, or just yourself, and come trade, share, and connect. If you have things you don’t use but still love? Bring them! Clothes, herbs, books, jewelry, mugs, home goods, handmade goods, anything in good condition that someone else will enjoy.
